Are you feeling overwhelmed with life’s seemingly never-ending demands, yet unsure of how to get out of this cycle? Does it feel difficult to communicate with loved ones and find the connection you once had? Are you struggling to keep up in school or work while managing deadlines and maintaining social connections?

Finding balance can feel out of reach, especially when you’re in survival mode. Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but it is a powerful first step toward living your life to the fullest.

My trust in personal growth and recovery stems from my own lived experience, as well as seeing loved ones find meaningful healing through therapy. I am deeply drawn to Existential Psychology and grounded in a Person-Centered approach, while believing in every individual’s inherent capacity to heal.

I tailor my approach by drawing from a number of modalities including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also integrate strategies from other modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

You can count on me to bring authenticity, empathy, humility, and genuine curiosity to our sessions. I am a dedicated ally to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and warmly welcome individuals, couples, and families of all identities and relationship structures, including those practicing ethical non-monogamy.”

Having spent nearly two decades working in school settings, I have developed a deep appreciation for the resilience and complexity of adolescents and young adults. I feel privileged to work with individuals aged 15 and older, couples, and families, as they navigate life’s transitions and challenges.

You deserve support. I look forward to meeting you.

Outside of counselling, I recharge by exploring local hiking trails with my dog. Spending time in nature helps me stay grounded and present. I also enjoy a variety of recreational sports and am grateful for the friendships and sense of community they’ve brought into my life. When I’m looking for a quieter creative outlet, I enjoy quilting; it offers both a space for creative expression and an opportunity to practice mindfulness. I also appreciate a good game of D&D whenever possible.
