You might be feeling overwhelmed by the heavy weight of depression, finding it difficult to find the joy in life, or the motivation to do much at all. Perhaps you’re getting caught in painful relationship conflicts, can’t seem to manage those angry outbursts, or are struggling with feeling overwhelmed and burnt out. Communication can be hard, but figuring out how you’re feeling to communicate it in the first place can sometimes be just as challenging. If any of this sounds familiar, know that you do not have to carry this burden alone.
This is a safe, judgment-free space designed to help you untangle complex emotions and reclaim your peace of mind. Together, we will get to the root of your challenges, break through the patterns that leave you feeling stuck, and build practical tools for lasting healing.
I have felt a deep appreciation and curiosity for people for as long as I can remember. I love connecting with individuals from all kinds of backgrounds and perspectives, including those who may feel very different from me. These differences often lead to meaningful conversations and deeper understanding.
As a young mother myself, I also understand the profound shifts that can come with parenthood; the evolving sense of identity, the strain and growth within long-term relationships, and the ways friendships can change along the way.
My own experience with counselling helped me see the amazing impact therapy can have when we are willing to work on ourselves and pursue change. This, along with my life experiences, really shapes the empathy and understanding I bring to the therapy room.
I draw from many different counselling theories, depending on your unique needs, but most sessions will follow a Trauma Informed Cognitive Processing approach, as I have found that most people benefit from verbal processing and perspective taking. I will always follow your lead and meet you where you’re at so that we can really collaborate and work as a team towards your goals.
Your journey toward deeper connection, emotional balance, and a more fulfilling life starts with the decision to show up for yourself and try. If you have an open mind and a willingness to explore, together we can gently untangle past hurts and rewrite the stuck thoughts holding you back.
If you are looking for couple’s therapy, there is nothing I love more than helping two people restore a healthy relationship. I follow the Gottman Method to help break through gridlocked conflicts, rebuild friendship and restore trust.
As a Clinical Counsellor my areas of focus include relationships, depression, anxiety, and trauma.

More About Me!
Outside of therapy, I love taking Oxygen Yoga classes, especially when it’s a really challenging class. I gravitate towards quiet places in nature and find busy environments too stimulating. Most evenings you’ll find me playing with my son or watching re-runs of FRIENDS, which has been a show that I can’t seem to ever get sick of.
My favourite thing to do in my spare time is:
Exercise- running, dancing, HIIT workouts, I just love movement!
If I could visit anywhere, where would it be and why:
Yukon in the winter. I’ve been to Whitehorse in the spring (and it is beautiful there!) but I’d like to go at a time when you can see the northern lights and go dog-sledding!
Favourite genre of books:
Psychology and Self-Help (big surprise I’m a Therapist!)
Favourite genre of movies:
British Comedies or Dramas that make you think
Any pets?
I have a cat named Felix and I’m slightly obsessed with him.
Random fact about me:
I begged my parents to put me in piano lessons at 5 years old and I’ve been playing piano ever since.
