I am glad you're here.

Taking the step to find a therapist that you can trust and feel open with can be a hard one. You can be assured that I will always meet you where you're at while offering a tailored approach to you and your unique circumstances. If you are someone who has been struggling with anxiety, over-thinking, relationships, sense of self, feeling stuck, life transitions, and/or the impacts of childhood adversity or trauma, I would love to meet you. I am an eclectic therapist drawing from a number of modalities to suit you, including DBT, CBT, Narrative, and EMDR.

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) as well as animal lover, photographer, outdoor adventurer, book reader, and the list goes on.

I went to school at the University of British Columbia where I received both my Bachelors and Masters degrees in social work with a focus in mental health.

I have been interested in mental health for as long as I can remember. My own experiences growing up as well as those with family and friends has fuelled my dreams of opening my own counselling practice that is open to all folks and all conversations. The Nook is a safe space for us to work through whatever brings you in.

I am currently accepting clients age 17+ in Pitt Meadows (Tuesday Only), and Coquitlam.
