We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Registered Clinical Counsellor or Registered Social Worker to join our growing team. This role involves providing counselling and psychotherapy services to individuals aged 17+ from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. The ideal candidate is empathetic, culturally sensitive, and excited to work with clients on their identified goals.

Experience and training in EMDR required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing individual counselling sessions in person, with the option to include virtual sessions

  • Creating thoughtful, client-centred treatment plans that align with each person’s goals

  • Offering evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches

  • Completing clinical documentation in a timely manner

  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care

  • Participating in regular supervision and clinical consultation

  • Working collaboratively to build and maintain a steady caseload

What We’re Looking For

  • A Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

  • Current registration with a relevant regulatory body (e.g., BCACC, BCCSW)

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience providing counselling for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and related issues

  • Completed EMDR training

  • Knowledge of and experience with ADHD and neurodivergence preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, supportive team

  • A commitment to ongoing professional growth, self-care, and ethical practice
